USA Cyclist “Club of the Year” Awards

USA Cyling announces the canadites of its annual “Club of the Year” awards. Clubs were judged by race promotion, membership composition,seminars, instructional clinics and club activities. Three Big Clubs were recongnized due to membership size. Recongnized as Division 1 was the “Velo Club La Grange Westwood” Club from Santa Monica, CA. Divison 2 was the Tri-Power Cycling Club in Virgina Beach, VA, and divison 3 was the Cross Creek Cycling Club out of fayettville, NC.

LG Action sport World Chapionships are airing eighteen shows in December and January on CBS and Spike. It includes Jamie Bestwick’s pursuit of his fourth World Chapionship title in BMX vert. Musical performances from artist Kanye West, Ludacris, and Idols Blake Lewis are additional perks of the event.

Christmas Bike Trip

The 51st Annual HI-Christmas Bike Trip is comming up on December 26. Cyclist from all over the country will be attending this annual event. The trip is in route 400 miles through deserts, coastline and mountains in southern California. It is meant to be a fund raiser for the San Diego Councils’ Youth education programs. Iron horse at Amazon?

Amazon has the iron horse warrior 6.0 for only 859.
The frame is very strong (enough to hold up to an 8′ drop on my dh course) good suspension with limited pedal bob, seams to like flowy downhill trails. Overall this is an awsome bike, and handles everything I throw at it.
